Dorian isn't a well known brand because they didn't manufacture as many handbags as other makers did. But, if you can find a Dorian bag, you'll quickly learn why the hunt is worthwhile. Dorian bags were made to last at least one lifetime, maybe more! This bag is a perfect example of that Dorian quality. The dark, dark navy blue leather is the best quality, with a delicate texture and a smooth, soft feel. Although my images don't show it off, the leather-wrapped metal frame is highlighted with gold- tone brass squares and silver tone rivets. The bag is lined with heavy, black satin. Three pockets are faced with ivory satin, one has a metal zipper, and a black and ivory satin coin purse is attached with a fine gold chain. The bag closes with a snap clasp. The handle is contoured and has a 6" drop. The bag measures 8 1/2" wide at the base, by 9" high, by 3" deep (extended.) Mint condition. (Marked down from $58.00.)
