What is the real name for these neat little gadgets? Surely not sauce server. But I can't dredge the proper name out of my memory bank this afternoon. This one is lined copper in great shape, with brass fittings and (I think) a black plastic handle. Bowl part is 3 1/4" high by 3 1/4" in diameter. Unmarked. Excellent condition. No noticeable dings or scratches. (Marked down from $12.00.)
