Filet Crocheted Lace Butterfly on Rose

I've seen crocheted corners like this before, in needlework books, but we've never had a hankie with such perfectly turned corners before, let alone one with this exquisite design. The butterfly (from the side) at rest upon the rose is gorgeous. So are the tiny, elegant fan designs in the other three corners. An amazingly talented needlewoman made this hankie. 9" by 9 1/4". Absolutely mint. Perfect for a bride!
