I get confused with kitchen implements much older than a Cuisinart, and then I tend to start calling everything a slaw chopper. I should just admit I don't have a clue. 10 1/4" long. Not at all sharp. Excellent condition, except for the paint, of course. (Marked down from $8.00.)
